The mission of Camp Goodtimes is to provide cost-free, medically supervised program for children with cancer, on or off treatment, and a sibling ages 7-17. The philosophy of our program is summed up in the name “Goodtimes”... for our campers to have fun.

In the process of living camp life to the fullest and enjoying every possible moment, we want each camper to make friends, feel good about themselves, be a member of a group, learn new skills and have adventures. Camp policies emphasize safe play and healthy lifestyles.

Camp Leo for Children with Diabetes is dedicated to providing an overnight camping experience for children with Type 1 diabetes where diabetes is the NORM rather than the EXCEPTION! Camp Leo creates a safe and secure environment where children can have fun away from home, meet other children with diabetes, learn about their disease, and gain independence essential for living a healthy and happy life. Camp Sealth operates summer resident & day camp as well as year-round conferences, retreats and environmental education programs. Sealth is part of Camp Fire USA, serving boys and girls ages 4 and older. Located on Vashon Island in Washington State, the camp has 400 acres of forest and wetlands and over a mile of saltwater beach on Puget Sound.

Camp Sealth is a program owned and operated by Camp Fire USA. The American Diabetes Association recruits leading medical professionals in our local community to provide all medical care for campers with diabetes. It is hoped that each child who attends Camp grows as an individual through the ideas and experiences shared. The ADA Washington State philosophy is that children and teens with diabetes can be successfully mainstreamed into existing traditional summer camp programs. This means that ADA Campers at Camp Sealth will be in cabins with children with and without diabetes, so they can come to camp with their best friend or sibling! However, be assured that medical staff, testing supplies and low blood sugar treatments are available throughout daytime activities and during the night as needed. Additionally, while the food choices at meal times are not always sugar free, registered dietitians are available to help campers work these foods into their meal plan. With this philosophy, campers emerge from Camp Sealth with a better understanding of how to live as someone with diabetes in real life situations.

YMCA Outdoor Day Camp is what summer should be: the fun and freedom of the outdoors while learning new skills and making great friends!

Each week is filled with new activities to explore! Campers learn to respect and appreciate nature through fun adventures like: hiking, exploring, arts and crafts, swimming, camp songs, field trips, and much more.

Skilled Y camp staff teach teamwork and provide challenging, safe activities for each small group.

The Y makes Outdoor Day Camp easy for families with convenient drop off and pickup locations throughout local neighborhoods.

"The fun and freedom of being outdoors, learning new skills and making new friends. Each week offers adventures that teach campers to respect and enjoy nature while having fun-hiking, exploring, arts and crafts, swimming, camp songs, field trips and much more. Campers are divided into one of three units by age and each unit is broken down into smaller groups which spend the week together, allowing campers and counselors to get to know their group and build great new friendships.

Northwest Soccer Camp provides the ultimate in resident and day camp experiences. At Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington (just north of Seattle), surrounded by St. Edward Park, our camps comprise programs for Future Stars ages 7-9; Field Players and Goalkeepers ages 10-18; Strikers and Goalkeepers ages 14 and up (resident only), Elite players ages 12-18, Junior Advanced ages 10-12, and Advanced ages 13-18. Elite camps feature technical, tactical and positional play for players who have advanced beyond basic skills.

Our coaching staff is selected for their ability to challenge young soccer players to improve and advance their soccer skills. They also strive to provide each camper with experiences rich with fun, hard work, laughter and the value of teamwork.

Our camper-to-coach ratio for ages 7-9 is 1:8 and 1:15 for older age groups. However, our team teaching concept sometimes means a 1:1 ratio. The underlying philosophy is that each child is an "individual" needing the utmost in personal attention and tutoring. This provides a meaningful learning environment for your child and allows our staff to provide more personal evaluations at the end of each week.
