CAMP's mission is to strengthen and inspire individuals with disabilities - and those who care for them - through Recreation, Respite, and Education.
CAMP serves children and adults with physical disabiltiies, developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, medical conditions, and the behavioral challenges that accompany any of these. Campers register for camp as individuals, allowing CAMP the opportunity to serve CAMPers with rare or severe conditions who are often turned away by other camps for people with disabilities or medical challenges. If your child's only diagnosis is a mental health diagnosis, CAMP is probably not the best fit for him or her. If your child has a mental health diagnosis secondary to a physical or developmental disability or medical condition, CAMP is more likely to be a good fit.
