The American Diabetes Association Camp Freedom is a resident camp program for boys and girls ages 8 to 16. Camp Freedom is held at Camp Kweebec which has been accredited by the American Camp Association for more than 40 years and located in Montgomery County, PA. Camp Freedom offers a wide range of activities, including swimming, sports, horseback riding, arts and crafts, cooking, campfire activities and more! New this year is Ultimate Frisbee!

Expand your artistic side with specific art programs, as well as themed arts and crafts projects, music programs, and nature art. Emagination STEM Camps provides kids and teens a place to go to every summer to be the best version of themselves. We provide a unique combination of Tech-Learning and Summer Camp Fun. Join our community with those who share the similar passions and interests in an inclusive and fun filled environment.

Since 1982, Emagination STEM Camps has offered Day and Overnight programs where our campers explore STEM Courses including coding, game design, robotics & engineering, digital arts, and so much more!

Our camp comprises of the Discovery camp ( K-3rd ) and the Adventure Camp (4-6th grade). While we combine these groups for field trips and swimming, campers will have a tailored program to their specific age.

Examples of field trips include; The Franklin Institute, Longwood Gardens, The Ambler Theatre and Ozzy's Family Fun Center

The Henry J. & Willemina B. Kuhn Day Camp is located on 90 acres in Horsham Township, Montgomery County.

The Camp was founded in 1950 and is adjacent to its sister organization, The College Settlement Camp. The two camps share some facilities and resources.

Kuhn Day Camp is a great, exciting place where children aged 7-12 who attend designated schools get to spend the day swimming, creek crawling, playing games, telling stories, cooking, picking berries and all sorts of other fun filled and enjoyable things.

Kuhn Day Camp is a great, exciting place where children get to spend the day swimming, creek crawling, playing sports, singing, making crafts, biking, boating, visiting the farm, enjoying the camp animal collection and participating in special presentations. With special theme days and one s'more-eating, tent camping "overnight" program, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Free transportation is available throughout select parts of the Greater Philadelphia area. Kuhn Day Camp also offers extended day programming. Please call for details.

Friends’ Central School is the home to LinguaZone Language Camps! This summer enrichment program offers Spanish, French, German, Russian, Latin, Chinese, Italian and Ancient Greek for ages 5 - 17. Whether a student is beginning a language, looking for remediation or hoping to advance a level at school, LinguaZone Language Camps deliver a fun learning experience for all. Creative and energetic language educators in the area will aid students in reaching their goals.

LinguaZone Language Camp students work on projects collaboratively, play creatively and explore the language fearlessly. Campers apply their language skills in endless ways inside and outside of the classroom. Students enjoy healthy international competition by playing in a World Cup style tournament, hone their language skills by writing a script and filming a video, practice clothing vocabulary by staging a fashion show and follow directions in the target language by making a recipe.

The fun and learning never stop for 39 days each summer on our beautiful 22 acre campus. Activities in Swim, Sports, Arts and the Outdoors challenge all ages and keep them coming back year after year.

Our Sports program offers progression in skill development and age appropriate activities and facilities for each age group. We stress sportsmanship, team spirit, participation and skill development in all of our athletic activities.

An appreciation of the natural environment is achieved through our Nature program and team building skills continue as our campers progress through our Adventure/Ropes Course activities from the indoor rock wall to the towers of the high traverse, climbing walls and ziplines.

Our Creative and Performing Arts introduce campers to all sorts of new experiences n cooking, arts and crafts, robotics, jewelcraft, ceramics and more!

Our Aquatic program is so important and a favorite of all campers...from Instructional Swim in the morning, Fun Swim in the afternoon, a variety of aquatic options during clubs and electives, boating and fishing.

And what would camp be without Special Events....theme days, color days, game show, division events, all-camp line-ups, extended evening activities and more fill all of our days with fun and spirit!

Our caring, quality staff make the experience the best it can be for the campers. Our Leadership Team of Directors meets year-round to assure that the program and staff are of the highest quality. Our staff attend Staff Development sessions in May and June, participate in on-line training and continue their learning throughout the summer to be sure that they are prepared and competent to work with the campers.

Personal tours are available for families with the owners during the week or on weekends at your convenience.

We have great AFFORDABLE overnight, teen & day camp programs for children from the Greater Philadelphia area. We have scholarships and transportation available for families needing assistance.

With almost 100 years of experience running team building, biking, farming, high ropes, swimming, arts and crafts, boating, fishing, sports, special days, outdoor and environmental education and many more activities - we have been building character, self-esteem and respect in our campers for generations.

Our beautiful 236 acre campus in Horsham runs 5 or 12 day overnight camp sessions and 4 week day camp. With fields, forests, a farm, creeks, ponds and plenty of trails, it’s a place where campers have room to explore and discover.

We also offer 5 or 12 day Teen Adventure Program sessions, primarily for 13 and 14 year old "graduates" of our other programs, however this program is open to all children who enjoy camping, hiking, rafting and other high adventure activities. The 12 day sessions also include five day rustic camping experience at our Spruce Run Outpost, our beautiful site in the Pocono Mountains.

Our staff team is composed of college aged folks recruited from all over the world plus many former campers. Our carefully selected team completes a 10 – 14 day comprehensive training before working with campers. We pride ourselves on our long history of providing excellent programs, our focus on character development, our child centered approach to designing and leading programs and our professional staff

We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. We also run spring and fall school programs as College Settlement Outdoor School – with 1, 2 or 3 day environmental and experiential programs for elementary, middle and high school students.

Wave Week is an intensive, six-day residential or commuter camp for teens entering 8th-12th grade held annually at Villanova University outside of Philadelphia, PA. At Wave Week, students learn skills in communication, group dynamics, leadership, project planning, diversity awareness, and more. Each teen will plan and execute their very own service project based on a need they want to address in their communities and beyond. Under the guidance and mentoring of Wave Week staff, students experience what it feels like to impact the lives of those around them through a new-found commitment to community service.
