Blue Rill Day Camp is located in Rockland County, NY, just over the Bergen County, NJ border and approximately 25 minutes north of the George Washington Bridge. We are easily accessible from the Palisades Interstate Parkway and New York State Thruway, Routes 4 & 17 and the Garden State Parkway.

Blue Rill Day Camp's 20+ acre facility is specially designed to meet the needs of all of our campers. Whether on our expansive playing fields or in our indoor, air-conditioned art studios, campers have a multitude of options thanks to the fantastic grounds we call home.

Specifically, Blue Rill has four heated pools, a fishing/boating pond, multiple art rooms, a full adventure course, an archery range, a theatre, a ceramics studio, two cooking rooms, along with multiple tennis/basketball courts, baseball/soccer fields, playgrounds, and much, much more!

Camp Ramaquois is a day camp where children feel physically and emotionally safe. We strive to create a unique environment where children feel a sense of belonging, learn life-long skills, have opportunities for leadership, and forge lasting relationships with their peers and their counselors.

All this is done in a magical environment that revolves around one word: FUN!

Camp Ramaquois, a New York day camp, provides bus transportation for campers from Manhattan, NYC, Bergen, Westchester and Rockland.

Deerkill Day Camp, celebrating 6 decades in the Rhodes family, is an ACA-accredited day camp located on 15 beautiful acres in Suffern, NY. We have an extremely mature staff and our superb swimming, athletics and specialty programs are taught by professionals. Transportation, lunch, trips, towels, and weekend pool club are all included. Deerkill brings a community feel to the summer camp experience for campers age 3 through 14.

Deerkill offers children a chance to pick up a new sport or hobby, learn to swim and form lifelong friendships this summer. The diverse program includes professional swim instruction in large heated pools, an array of athletics on fields sized for younger and older children, creative and performing arts such as arts and crafts, ceramics, woodworking, dance, theater, and digital photography and movie making, and specialties such as music, yoga and nature, among other activities.

Deerkill offers daily transportation on mini air-conditioned buses, staffed with professional drivers and bus counselors. The Directors are on the camp grounds everyday and accessible by phone by day and night. All the individual group leaders are adults, many of whom are teachers.

All campers may register for 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 weeks. New campers may also register for 2 weeks. For those campers registered for 5, 6, or 7 weeks, parents may choose any weeks throughout the summer.

With the exception of horseback riding, an optional elective, there are no extra charges at Deerkill. We do not allow tipping, a large expense at many camps, and we include the following:

• Family weekend pool club at no additional cost. Every Saturday and Sunday from 12-5 plus July 4th.

• Air-conditioned mini-buses supervised by bus counselors

• Hot lunches prepared daily

• Field trips and all camp supplies

• Ice cream afternoon snack

• Daily towel service

• Group photo, camp shirt, gym bag, DVD yearbook

The Nature Place is an ACA-accredited, nature-oriented, and non-competitive day camp for children ages 4-16, located on 200 beautiful acres in Rockland County, NY. We have been nurturing children’s connections to each other and to the natural world for over 37 years. Campers come to us (we bus!) from Manhattan, Hoboken, Bergen, Westchester, and Rockland Counties. Arriving at The Nature Place, campers discover an intimate camp setting (an average of 250 children), inclusive, innovative, pressure-free programming and an exceptionally caring and well-trained staff. They do not find competitive sports, loudspeakers, or screens. Instead, campers get outside, explore, create, cooperate, play, and wonder.
