Beth Sholom Day Camp, located in Roslyn Heights, NY is a Summer Camp for children ages 3-14. Our program allows children to try new things, build friendships, and discover their interests in a safe and nurturing environment. Campers participate in a variety of activities including daily American Red Cross swim instruction, athletics, arts and more! Our program is highlighted by exciting weekly Special Events such as Olympics and Carnival. Children may attend 4-8 weeks. Lunch, snacks and bus included.

Our staff implements an engaging curriculum, with intentional games as well as age-appropriate activities. New York Baseball Academy's exciting main summer program is ranked by “Baseball America” as one of the Top 5 Baseball Schools in the Country. The program boasts a multitude of batting cages, teaching stations, and practice areas in one central location, the program is sure to help your child ages 7 - 17 become a better player.

Guest instructors from collegiate and professional ranks provide daily clinics over the course of the six weeks. Players receive an intensive supervised workout schedule that fits easily into their structured daily routine. Players are instructed by NCAA coaches and local High School coaches from the NY Metropolitan area. The daily instructional program will stress the fundamentals of hitting, throwing, fielding, base stealing, speed development and reaction training. Players will select and take part in a daily position workshop. Emphasis will be in the areas of pitching, infield and catching. Students will participate in instructional games on a daily basis. Coaching will stress defensive and offensive play with emphasis on team effort. A coach to player ratio of 1:6 ensures personal attention is given to all the participants.

Hot lunch and a recreational swim period (Ages 7-12) is available daily. Players may select from one through six weeks of instruction. Parents are welcome to view the campus at their leisure. Door to door transportation from Manhattan, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk.

The New York Softball Academy will bring the young aspiring softball player, beginner to advanced, the finest instruction and the latest coaching methods available through an elite staff.

Our new College Prospect Program is one of its kind. This is a 1 day evaluation program where Division I, II and III coaches will be present evaluating your skills to see if you can play at the next level for their perspective universities. They will also give you insight on the “recruiting process” as well as giving you instructional feedback to better your game. Enrollment is limited so apply fast. Program is designed specifically for 2013, 2014 & 2015 high school graduates only. Ages 15-17. See insert for more details.

Physical Education is an integral part of any youngster's development. Here at the Sports Academy a young child can

have a first-hand experience by being introduced to many different sports activities on a daily basis. Enthusiastic, talented coaches are the key!

Various motor skills and patterns of movement developed at

an early age will help to increase coordination and athletic ability as your child grows. Programs are developed to start with a youngster at his/her given ability level and move forward from that point.

We believe and have first-hand knowledge and experience that small children can be properly taught the meaning of teamwork, cooperation and sharing through small group participation. With our structured environment, each child can improve his/her skills while developing a positive feeling of confidence and a lifelong love of sports. In each sport area, children will find an experienced, caring, patient and knowledgeable staff member. Our low ratio of coach to player (1:7) will ensure your child's personal attention.

Oasis in Michael J. Tully Park is located in New Hyde Park. Oasis utilizes the incredible collection of recreational facilities including professional clay baseball fields with in-ground dugouts, tennis and basketball courts, running track, and sports stadium with an Astroturf soccer field to create a traditional camp experience. Improved locker room facilities and air-conditioned indoor spaces also round out the multi-million dollar renovation. Oasis programming offers children the opportunity to participate in sports and recreation, visual and performing arts, swimming and field trips, and an outdoor education component that includes environmental studies, orienteering and much more.

Oasis in Tully Park is located at Michael J. Tully Park in New Hyde Park. The park has an incredible collection of recreational facilities including tennis and basketball courts, softball fields, soccer fields, a running track, and a sports stadium. The newly renovated, state of the art swimming facilities feature colorful displays and interactive features such as a water park and slide extending down a 100 foot long figure 8 curve that splashes into the pool.

Oasis offers flexible enrollment options! Families have the advantage to enroll their children around their summer plans. A minimum of 2 consecutive weeks to start, up to a maximum of 9 weeks, or any combination thereof is all that we require to fully experience our program. The more weeks you sign up for, the more you save per week! New for 2012! Our campers have the option to bring their lunch from home, packed in a soft non-disposable container or to sign up for our hot lunch service. Lunches will include a hot entree and side, fruit, bottled water and a dessert. Menus vary daily. Don't like something? No worries, families are able to choose substitutions for specific meals. If you are signed up for the lunch program a cold lunch will be provided on trips days– we've got you covered!
