Travese the creek and up the trees on the incredible Rachel "Scooter" Kwong High Ropes Adventure Course. Find out if you like to be front and center on the stage or calling the shots behind the scenes in the Bothin Theater Company. Camp Sea Quest at The Marine Mammal Center is a NEW 5-day summer camp designed to give elementary school kids the chance to dive in to marine science and ocean conservation. Through real science experiments, hands-on learning opportunities and nature-led programming, campers will discover the wonders of marine mammals and learn how we are all connected to the ocean. Campers will enjoy a combination of classroom based activities, behind-the-scenes tours, and exploration walks around the beautiful Marin Headlands, including Rodeo Beach and the Lagoon (where a family of river otters lives!).
Each camp will take place during three, one-week sessions and will accommodate different age groups from 1st-6th grade students. The program will be based at The Marine Mammal Center’s veterinary hospital and education center in the Marin Headlands, CA, just north of the Golden Gate Bridge.
