Full Summer (June 16–August 10, 2025): $11,500

4-Week Sessions (June 16–July 13 or July 14–August 10): $7,000

2-Week Sessions (multiple dates): $4,250

Deposit: $1,500 due at enrollment

Payment plans available

Refunds:

• Full refund before March 1

• 50% refund in March

• 25% refund in April

• No refund after May 1

Processing fees: 3% for cards, 1% for ACH

No mention of sibling or early-bird discounts. No on-day or holiday camp options. Registration is first-come, first-served.

Camp Birchwood is family-owned and has been welcoming girls since 1939. The camp’s lakeside setting and tradition of letting campers choose their own activities daily make it stand out. All equipment is provided, and safety standards meet or exceed ACA guidelines.
