Adventure Day Camp is a traditional day camp for children ages 3-15 years old. In a low pressure, relaxed atmosphere, children gain confidence and skills in a wide range of camp activities, including arts, sports, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, tennis, horseback riding, archery, climbing, drama, music, hiking, overnight camping, and much more! Children are assigned to small groups with one adult Group Leader and one assistant. Home transportation is available from most areas.

Bearskin Meadow Camp, BMC, is one of the oldest and largest wilderness resident camps for children, teens and families affected by diabetes. We’re located near the Sequoia National Forest, 65 miles east of Fresno, California at an elevation of 5800 feet. Campers and families join us from all over California, the United States, and the world. Celebrating its 80th season of camp, BMC was founded with the philosophy that children and teens with diabetes can do anything other kids can do, including experience summer camp adventures. We also know that diabetes is a condition that affects the whole family, including siblings and parents. From June to August each summer, we offer a number of different specialty programs to choose from including: kids camps; teen camp; buddy camp; family camps; and leadership training programs. Bearskin Meadow gives campers and parents a uniquely supportive community of peers and adults who truly understand the day to day challenges of living with diabetes. Camp Bob Waldorf, owned and operated by Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles, is a wonderful and unique overnight summer camp experience located in Glendale, California.
Camp Bob Waldorf is a non-denominational program for campers entering grades 4-10 offering three 10-day sessions for campers. Kibbutz Bob Waldorf is a pluralistic Jewish program, also for campers entering grades 4-10, offering two 12-day sessions. During both programs, campers entering grades 9-10 participate in Teen Camp, which focuses on teaching values and skills to encourage campers to become well-rounded, more involved members of their communities. Specialized summer camp for children with sickle cell disease who live in Southern and Central California. Camp Crescent Moon allows campers to participate in a creative outdoor experience and provides growth and development for each camper. Camp Helping Hands (CHH) is a co-ed summer day camp with service-learning as its core theme. CHH provides a fun and safe place for children ages 6 through 13* where they will enjoy sports activities, games, swimming, arts and crafts, music and more. But the real mission behind CHH is showing kids how they can make a difference and have fun doing it. Through engaging inquiry-based lessons and weekly service field trip expeditions, our campers learn leadership skills, develop compassion, and grow confident as they address real world problems by taking action in their community.
CHH places campers according to age into four age groups: Junior Helpers (6 and 7), Young Advocates (8 and 9), Super Agents (10 and 11), and Chief Aides (12 and 13*). Each group contains 15 to 17 campers and is led by three counselors who guide them through age appropriate activities. Chief Aides, our oldest age group, are counselors-in-training (CIT's). In addition to participating in camp activities like our younger campers, they assist team counselors and camp administration with tasks as needed.
*Campers 14 years of age entering their freshman year in high school can also participate in the CIT program.
Camp Heritage Oak is a summer program that runs for ten weeks during the summer, and caters to children, ages 2.5 to 14. The program offers a variety of camps, such as Academic Camp, Mini Camps, and a Main Camp program to suit the needs of each family. Campers enjoy weekly field trips, as well as exciting on-campus activities, such as swimming, rock climbing, water slides, go-karts, art, and sports!

Camp James Activities Camp James is a traditional style day camp offered in a natural, outdoor environment.
